This is good to slow down a fast moving situation, to halt negativity or to create protection
Take something to represent the person, object of situation (etc,.) you want to affect. Place into an ice cube tray and pour water on top. Hold in bath hands and direct your will into the water (you can add an incantation or chant there). Place in freezer. Once frozen, place it in the back of your freezer until the situation has passed, then burry it.
