Love is a beautiful and heinous thing. It can being happiness, joyfulness and a high you'll never get from any drug. But it can make you so dangerously unaware of everything around you. Sometimes you forget the things that used to mean the most to you, you let things slip and you let things fade. By the time you open your eyes and realise what you've allowed to happen, it's too late. Opportunities float by and friendships die. When you fall in love try to keep your eyes open and focussed on the important issues because when it comes time, sometimes the very ones you love just aren't there anymore. Falling in love can lead to a very dangerous sort of blindness - so much so that you become blind even to your own blindness, you don't even know that you can't see. Some love lasts forever, some love dies... and it's impossible to tell when you're directly in the situation which one is which. That's why you can't allow yourself to forget about your friends and your family - true - friends last forever - that kind of love is never-ending.
